Dr. Aderson Gregory Rwela is the Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Social Studies at Ardhi University. He has BA, MA and PhD in Agricultural and Rural Innovation System from Sokoine University of Agriculture. His PhD research focus was on the implications farmers’ organization on members’ livelihoods development. Dr. Anderson has participated and conducted various consultancies  services such   Roadmap for Development of Zanzibar Migration Profile Report contracted  by International Organization for Migration (IOM) and Office of Chief Government Statistics (OCGS), Thirteen Years Program Evaluation of Community Empowerment Project contracted by FEED THE CHILDREN TANZANIA, others consultancies which he participated as team member among of them is  Impact evaluation of The Private Agricultural Sector Support (PASS). His area of expert are programme evaluation, community development and Small & medium enterprise development.
