Dr. Frank Joseph Wambura is a lecturer in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Ardhi University. He received both his BSc. in Civil and Water Resources Engineering (2010), and MSc. in Water Resources Engineering at the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania (2013). He then received his PhD in Hydrology at the University of Potsdam in Germany in 2017. His areas of expertise include analyses of extremely dry and wet events, and modelling of anthropogenic impacts on water resources in river basins. Dr. Wambura is also a Professional Civil Engineer registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Tanzania.
