Mufaddal Hozefa Gulamabbas is an Assistant lecturer of architecture at Ardhi University in Tanzania and a registered Architect with the Tanzania Registration Board of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (AQRB) and Architects Association of Tanzania (AAT). He obtained his Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Architecture in 2007 at UDSM and Masters of Sustainable Built Environment (LUMES) from Lund University - Sweden in 2011. He has researched and published on the area of housing pollution risks. He has also been part of the design team for the Dodoma National Football Stadium and has been part of the design and construction supervising team of NEC building in Dodoma. Currently he is under PhD programme and working with PhD thesis on the impact of SME’s in residential areas in Dar es Salaam.
