Livin Henry Mosha is an Associate Professor at Ardhi University and a registered Architect with the Tanzania Registration Board of Architects and Quantity Surveyors (AQRB). He obtained his Professional Advanced Diploma in Architecture in 1986 at Ardhi Institute now ARU and both Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Architecture from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KULeuven) - Belgium in 1993 and 2005 respectively. He joined University College of Lands and Architectural Studies (UCLAS) in 1999 and has held several posts including Head of Department of Architecture; Director - Centre of Information and Communication Technology (CICT) of Ardhi University and Dean, School of Architecture Construction Economics and Management (SACEM). He has researched and published extensively on the area of human settlements with housing specialization and gives lectures related to human settlements and research methodology.
