Dr. Mapinduzi is an Environmental Engineer and a registered Environmental Expert (EIA & EA). She is employed as a Lecturer in the dept. of Environment Engineering, in the School of Environmental Science and Technology at ARU, where she has been working since 2006. Her major fields of specialisation include Air Quality Monitoring and Management, Environmental Impacts Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Auditing (EA), and Hazardous & Mine Waste Management. Dr.Restituta has done Research and Consultancy in Air Quality Monitoring and Modelling, in Mine Waste Management and in EIA & EA. She has a 15 years consultancy experience in the same fields.
