Eng.Kaseva has academic background as well as qualifications and professional experience in Environmental Engineering. He is currently a Professor of Environmental Engineering at the Department. He has carried out various research works and published widely in areas of Water Resources Engineering, Wastewater Management and Solid Waste Management. He has supervised a number of postgraduate students. He has carried out a number of consultancy assignment in the areas related to Energy, water engineering, waste management and Engineering as well as Natural gas. He is a member of The Tanzania Academy of Sciences. He is a Registered Consultant Engineer by ERB as well as a Registered EIA Expert by NEMC. He is currently a co-opted member of ERB. He is also a member of IET.
