Dr.Sabai is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Environmental Science and Technology at Ardhi University, Tanzania. He holds PhD from Eindhoven University of Technology (The Netherlands), MSc Integrated Water Resources Management and BSc Environmental Engineering from University of Dar es Salaam. His major fields of specialization are Sustainable Construction, Reusing and Recycling of Construction and Demolition waste, and Building Materials. He has also academic background as well as qualifications and professional experience in the field of Water Supply, Water Treatment, Wastewater Engineering, Air Pollution, Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control, Solid Waste Management, Environmental Impact Assessment as well as computer skills. He is registered with Engineers Registration Board as Graduate Engineer and with NEMC as EIA and EA expert. He has published about 40 journal papers.
