On 25th April, 2026, Ardhi University officially concluded its Short Course Training on Valuation Literacy and Competency, marking another milestone in strengthening professional capacity within the valuation sector. The training, organized under the Land Management and Valuation (LMV) Department, brought together participants committed to enhancing their knowledge and practical skills in valuation. A total of 11 participants successfully completed the course, having met all academic and practical requirements. Throughout the training, participants demonstrated strong dedication, active engagement, and a clear commitment to advancing their professional competencies. The programme was designed to equip practitioners with essential valuation literacy skills aligned with current industry standards and demands. Dr. Sophia Kongela, Dean of the School of Earth Sciences, Real Estate, Business and Informatics (SERBI), commended the participants for their perseverance and commitment to continuous professional development. She emphasized the importance of such capacity-building initiatives in supporting sustainable land management and real estate practices in Tanzania and beyond. The University also extended its sincere appreciation to the facilitators, organizers, and all stakeholders whose contributions ensured the successful implementation of the programme.
